Le succès d’une institution comme la nôtre tient  à la qualité de la gouvernance qui permet la participation de tous les acteurs (étudiants, enseignants, agents administratifs de tous niveaux, professionnels, etc), chacun se considérant comme un maillon de la chaine, pour atteindre les objectifs fixésThe success of an institution like ours is the quality of its opening policy governance that encourages the free participation of all stakeholders (students, teachers, administrative staff at all levels, professionals, etc.) to have a say in the daily running of the Institute, with each person viewing himself as an indispensable link in the chain of the overall administration of the Institute in order to achieve the set objectives.
For this, the Rector is assisted by a Director of Studies, Heads of Departments and Heads of Subjects. The following bodies constitute the administrative back bone of the Institute:

• Board of Directors,
• Council of Teachers of the Institute
• Scientific Council
• Teaching Council
• Development Council.

Departments and the subjects’ heads hold frequently their meetings to deliberate upon issues pertaining to a better running of their respective sections.
